Free Photo - Licence
Agreement
User's licence:
ChristianPhotos.Net hereby
licences The User of this image to use this image on the express condition
that the following terms and conditions are duly complied with: All copyrights
and other related rights are owned by people who have added the photos to the site. By proceeding to the
download process The User accepts to be bound by the terms hereof
without reserve. The User shall have no ownership rights whatsoever to
this image and benefits solely from this user's licence granted according
to the terms and conditions contained herein.
User's rights
and restrictions:
The User is entitled
to modify, print, and publish the photographic image using any media,
subject to the conditions and restrictions below:
- The photographic image must be used for Christian publishing purposes.
- The User cannot resell the image to third parties.
- Photo source: "Source: www.ChristianPhotos.Net" must be printed when the photo is published. If the photo is published in a web page the user must add the following link to the Internet pages ChristianPhotos.Net - Free High Resolution Photos for Christian Publications
- The User has no
right to distribute this image for commercial purposes through duplication
of the files or by making them available via an Internet, Intranet network,
extranet, through file sharing or any other means. The user is hereby
informed that unauthorized commercial use will result in the user being
civilly and/or criminally liable for infringement of copyright.
- The User has no
right to use the image for pornographic, immoral, obscene or scadalous
purposes.
- The User is fully
liable for any use he may make of the photographic image which may require
specific permission from third parties in respect of any tangible or
intangible property rights which may be claimed and which are expressly
excluded from the terms of this licence. ChristianPhotos.Net declines all responsibility
relative to any use of these photographs which could constitute an infringement
on the rights of third parties.
Duration of this
agreement:
This agreement shall
remain in full force and effect throughout the entire duration of use
of the image. It shall be terminated in the event The User does not comply
with the terms and conditions hereof. Upon expiration of this Agreement,
the User hereby agrees to destroy all copies he has made of the image.
Warranty:
All risks related to the results or performance of the image are assumed
by the user.
Governing Law,
Jurisdiction and Venue:
This agreement shall
be governed by the law of Finland. In any action to enforce or construe
the terms and conditions of this agreement, The User expressly consents
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland. Venue of any such
action shall be in the appropriate court in Helsinki, Finland.
